In reply to Post #1000 Are you getting confused there?
The same **** Thatcher who held the axe and let it fall. Same as most of these useless ****ing politicians have done over the years, just let British industry go down the pan because it’s easier to wash their hands of it, incompetent ****s

In reply to Post #989 Incredibly this government has somehow turned itself into the NUM of the 80's under Scargill
Promise everything, reject all compromise, **** the consequences for the working man. Pathetic and entirely predictable. All the statesmen have been fired off in the get brexit done purges, Cameron's "swivel eyed loons" now run this rookie government.

In reply to Post #998 If only everyone looked out for their own, collectively we would drive down the numbers. But there’s too many selfish ****s about for that.
It does amaze me that, as it’s taxable, we are given the decision as to wether we smoke or drink (which WILL kill us) yet can’t choose wether or not we are prepared to risk our own ‘bubble’ by supporting each other during the outbreak of a virus that more than likely won’t

I'm the same. Being sensible and avoiding any of the ridiculousness and doing my best to keep my loved ones safe.
No faith in any of the people who are supposed to be handling any of this fiasco now

In reply to Post #994 ****s they may be mate, but they aren’t the ****s actually handling the healthcare or testing. It’s just been put in the hands of other ****s who ****ed it all up for every other ****.
It’s at the stage now I don’t see how the police can enforce any of these new ‘laws’ (I use that term very loosely) and I for one will be carrying on as usual regardless of what tier the ****s put me in. If as a nation we just crack on who is actually going to stop us?
You know I’m not a covid denier, but I won’t be left destitute for a bunch of ****s who want to go out on the piss and infect each other. I have to share a work van or site with other people and my son is on his second infection since going back to nursery, but he can’t see his healthy grandparents who are in the same boat? Righto

Police given details of positive test individuals from the track and trace (or cack and farce as it shall be known) system. ..
Talk of legal enforcement etc.
Lost tests, anyone who doesn't show given a positive results as default...
Well done if you voted for this bunch of ****s...

In reply to Post #990 I hink it's Monsieur 'jean' foreigner....
Heard Boris talking about an Australian style deal yesterday. Then the reporter compared the percentages for exports etc. Between Australia and the EU (about 11%) and our current percentages (about 50 %) and talked about the huge tariffs for car makers and food / livestock exporters.... it's not a bright outlook and that's without the extra factor that people across Europe actually 'like' Aussies!
Anyway Christmas is coming and the shops will soon be stocked with oven ready turkeys... now where've I heard that before?

Well you're playing right into the hands of Monsieur Jonny Forigneur, aren't you?
If you'd both just be quiet for a moment with your defeatist remainer talk, you'd be able to hear the German car industry coming along to point out just how much they need us more than we need them....
Shhhh .....
Listen .....

In reply to Post #988 I've looked carefully at no deal. I've assessed its consequences... Be in no doubt. That outcome would be a failure of statecraft.
