No human rights problem noj. Simple British **** planning and lack of forward thinking.

Yep, and if you were to scrap those IT projects it would no doubt infringe on some bisexual Tibetan quadriplegic intern’s human rights. So no money for nurses, and the junior doctors NEED more than the 120 bags they’re getting, obviously!
There’s enough to go around, it just doesn’t

You are right about wasted millions noj. In this blokes case not so much as it seems it's a one off (no pun intended)

But wasted money by the millions by management who don't have a clue... it's ridiculous. I heard a report last week about billions that the UK government spends on keeping obsolete IT systems that are about as hack proof as the average pencil case.....

For the political freaks amongst you. Panorama tonight - Cameron and the missing billions, niver, who would have thought that. Any **** in politics who has used their position for their own gains should get ****ing life, bent ****s

See what happens

I understand that mate, it’s the media doing media things...
My point is these sort of financial brain farts are happening left, right and centre. The internal communication is non existent so cases like this are what slips through, not the reporting of them. The people in charge of contractors are clueless. I was on a job, a lot of materials and labour but just doors throughout a hospital, that was easily 100k over what it should’ve been!
And IT, Jesus. One trust literally spent millions on a computer system knowing it wouldn’t serve it’s purpose only to then pay to completely replace it

Not enough money to fund doctors, police etc, too much money being drip fed and diverted elsewhere.
You do have a point about the gulf though, it's the poor who usually suffer more when money is spent carelessly.

Stories like this are not 'slipping through the net' noj, they are drip fed to keep you ranting about this sort of stuff rather than getting upset about not being able to get an appointment with your GP, why the police don't turn up if you get burgled, and the ever-increasing gulf between the rich and the poor.

I’m sorry. Knowing that I have worked a single second to contribute to this ****’s prostitute in therapist’s clothing, or no clothing if he prefers, makes my blood boil. Because she is a prostitute, she’s not doing it for his looks!
That’s why I like to have a daily scan through the mail site, it’s good to release your frustrations with a rant.
The point is these ridiculous stories are slipping through the net all the time and funding is spunked up the wall, or on your surrogate, whatever

The bulk of his money is for CHC which is absolutely right. One day you might be in a situation where you need / qualify for it.

The 23 quid for his extras - as Jon said - is being cut.

Sex surrogates aren't prostitution. It's a way to avoid that whole thing as the lad says.

Again, the mail looking to wind people up... you should avoid it noj. Bad for the blood pressure!

They're CUTTING the 23 quid a week of sexy stuff from his total 24/7 care package. They are not defending it, they are stopping it.

Pay for a bloke to get his leg over and he's happy for a few days. Teach a man to **** and he's sorted for life.

There is no defending this. Not only does it make me nauseous that there is a sex surrogate (prostitute) that specialises in disabled clients.... but they’re approving 225k in funding for one person to learn about ****ing and shagging brasses.
Maybe people will get my point now that the nhs are clueless and allocation of funding is an internal **** up.
Would you rather a nurse is paid for 7-8 years or matey has 2 pumps and a squirt each week?
Or one of my favourite subjects, trannys.... we pay for counselling on top of the actual surgery, if you were sure enough you didn’t like your genitalia why am I paying for counselling to discuss exchanging it?
Like I said, we have messed with nature and it’s a downward spiral from here.

Even I'm having trouble with this one. Maybe it's just a question of maintaining a cosmic balance

On one hand you have Matt Hancock getting paid to screw the NHS... on the other. ... this guy gets paid BY the NHS. ...
