Have you checked the battery in the receiver itself?

I know you said you changed it, but not all batteries are fully charged when you get them. I found certain makes better than others. Supermarket own brands can be .rap, better to stick to Eveready, Duracell etc

I’m after some information if anyone can help , I’ve changed my batteries in my alarms and receiver today ,
Now I’m getting the low battery noise and 2 led,s coming the white and blue , I’ve checked the on line help Q&A , I’m not sure as I don’t have a blur alarm and it’s not even programmed, I’ve even reprogrammed it
Any help
