In reply to Post #1801 Like I said. Watch the video and come back to the convo. No point until you’ve seen it is there because your questions are answered within the video evidence.

In reply to Post #1800 So he never went out intentionally to murder people you say. But did murder people you say. He is 17 and was fleeing you say but wasn't in fear for his life you say. Why would someone do that? Have you got a video to explain this double murder mindset? Or are you filling in the gaps with guessing?

In reply to Post #1799 I never said he intentionally went out to murder anyone. But he did intentionally kill 2 people whilst he was out. shooting someone is likely to result in death or serious injury, aiming at any part of the body, especially the head.
I suggest you watch the videos, brave people tried to apprehend him unarmed. one got shot through the arm at point blank range after flooring the killer. Bit easy to guess when you havent even bothered watching the evidence isnt it.... exactly what you told me not to do
We will carry on the conversation once you've got up to speed

In reply to Post #1798 Trying to stop him fleeing the area? Unarmed civilians after watching an execution by assault rifle you say? Very unusual. I'd be surprised if he was legally allowed to carry a rifle in public at 17.
You may be right he just went out to murder people during a riot, which as I've said before causes people to protect their property. Look how the Korea Town population did it in LA 92. All sorts happen in a riot where the population are legally armed or awash with weapons.

In reply to Post #1797 There’s literally a video of him shooting an unarmed man in the head and then running off shouting that he’s just killed someone. He also shot and killed another person and injured someone trying to stop him fleeing the area. It’s all documented in videos and pictures. There’s no guessing going on there. I’ll have a guess that you haven’t watched the videos though.
If you’re scared for your life when you’re the only one armed then should you really be allowed to carry a gun should you? If you didn’t intend to kill why would you aim at the head?

In reply to Post #1790 Lawful homicide does exist it the USA regards members of the public via stand your ground laws etc.
How do you know they were unarmed? How do you know the 17 year old knew that? How do you know he wasn't in fear for his life?
Time will tell and he'll be judged by his peers with all the evidence available. Not by people having a guess.

In reply to Post #1790 Murder is all about intent otherwise manslaughter, unlawful killing, misadventure.
Lawful killing is used in war.

In reply to Post #1787 Lawful killing doesn’t exist though does it? Unless it’s the death penalty?
People are dead, murdered at the hands of others for reasons unknown so far. Firing at unarmed people, you know what you’re doing, the intent to kill exists.
If it’s classed as terrorism as you say then it is murder isn’t it? I’m sure when terrorists killed people here it was classed as murder straight away without the full facts?

In reply to Post #1788 Like terrorism, the bigger the outrage, the more people in power take notice. Sad but true. Pretty straightforward to stop it, stop the injustice, perceived or not. No fuel no fire.

In reply to Post #1785 I still cant understand what arson, riot and violence does to further the cause of the injustice?
Why burn, loot and destroy your own community causing hardship and depravation.
The quotes from some of the leaders and participants of these scenes that "businesses have insurance"
Most major businesses will have insurance. But some small ones won't and what if its taken years to build that business up and employ local people and the owners just cant be bothered to put all that effort in again!
The biggest losers in all of this will be the working class, getting along people, of any colour or religion, who are not interested in politics, don't have interactions with the police and survive day to day.
