In reply to Post #4 even with the Fox needle, this stuff is almost impossible to effective splice. Load of rubbish. Now use the splice-able stuff from J precision, easy solution and actual does what Id hoped it would.

Yes and the needle knot holds lovely thanks mate
And if im still having trouble splicing I might get the fox EDGES SUBMERGE CAMO LEADER 30lb to see if thats easier.

and breaks easy as well

In reply to Post #1 Try the Fox Easi-Splice "needle". Much easier to use than a traditional splicing needle & almost unbreakable. I found that using one of these has made materials that were a pain in the arse to splice, a doddle!
As for knots, use a needle knot with it or you can cheat by blobing the end of the hollow braid, pulling the other material though exiting about 15mm from the end of the hollow material & then tie a grinner knot around the hollow material. Gently tease tight and you have a solid join that will not slip.

God What an absolute ball ache this stuff is to splice .
Need some advice here guys on this stuff, when I try to join this to some esp coated hooklink with an albright knot it slips every time, anyone got any ideas on knots to use as it's doing my head in
