The thing I find strange with the building 7 thing is it was a 47-story office tower that fell at freefall speed because of a fire, that's unprecedented before or since. We all remember the Grenfell tragedy and that building is still standing, well it was when I went past last year.
And the Empire State Building B-25 crash in 1945 in which a B-25 Mitchell bomber, piloted in thick fog over New York City crashed into the Empire State Building and that's still standing and there was a huge fire after that one, a much bigger fire than building seven, after all it was a B-25.
There's photos of this on the net
I find the whole building 7 thing really strange indeed and I don't know what really happened but I do not believe the official story simply for how fast it fell into its own footprint because of a fire.

In reply to Post #88 I'm tempted to tell you to go back and read my posts as research...
I challenged a few of the things from the videos - the church stuff and the fact that some of her statements are just incorrect, but my actual question was about organ donation.
In video 1 (i think) she says about it being a compulsory thing now and then likens that to Hitler and the Nazis without any expanding on it at all - my point was that we now have a system here where our organs can be taken after our death unless you choose to opt out which is a (in simple terms) reversal of what we had where you had to 'opt in' to the donation system.
I think it's a positive given that for so many years people missed out on life saving transplants when thousands of potentially valuable organs simply 'went to waste' (for want of a better term).
I know that some have their own objections to it on different grounds and that is fine as they can say 'no thankyou'. A million miles away from the atrocities of the Nazis....
So - I asked what is your stand on it? Positive / negative / fascism / humanitarian?
Edit - hope the skipping is going well - let me know when it's full and I'll send the lads round to see if there's anything worth taking...

In reply to Post #87 Hi Dean, apologies, sometimes due to a combination of posting from phone and forum functionality it can be a challenge posting in a concise and understandable manner.
So if we start with the premise that the US wanted to garner public opinion in support of war, why do the buildings, including 7, need to be brought down by controlled demolition? surely the planes hitting them would be enough to gain the required outrage from the public? It seems illogical to me that they would need to bring them down? not to mention it makes the whole conspiracy more likely to be uncovered with the extra complexity and people involved?

In reply to Post #89 Ha ha I've been tempted to mention those two words but don't want to over use them. But I think that a lot of these conspiracy theories are based upon it.

In reply to Post #80 I read it as confirmation bias. Watching the same sources repeatedly rather than the content. Happy to be corrected if that isn’t what he meant.

In reply to Post #85 Sorry Mal, i do have a bad habit of that. Apologies.
What was your question again please?

In reply to Post #84 Sorry Tom.
I assume you are reffering to the Thermite? Haven't a bloody clue if i am honest, it is just what i read whilst looking into it. The fact that the planes hit the towers has what bearing on events? Sorry, i have an 8 yard skip im trying to fill and using this as a catch my breath excuse. Apologies.
We are all aware that this was a plot to win over the American public and to justify a war on terror. Blame an Islamic group and go take revenge. They bought it hook, line and sinker and if i am honest, so did a majority of the rest of the world. The weapons of mass destruction of course were never found so Saddam and his regime copped it, just as the Libyans did for daring to shun or denounce the American dollar.

There was once this guy who said that if you make a bait that contains all a carp's nutritional requirements then they would become so used to it that they would regard it as food.... AS IF...

In reply to Post #84 a very fair point I think Tom
I'm still hoping for some response to questions too - other than suggesting I watch a different video
Come on Dean - let's have a proper discussion. Dismissing anyone who doesn't immediately accept what you endorse / suggest we look at by saying it's because our brains can't cope is hardly open minded.
We're stuck in the house so it's all a welcome distraction

In reply to Post #82 if Wayne is confident in his convictions he would be happy to share his view, at the moment he hasn't really provided anything of substance which is a shame. I will always happily state my views and discuss with people in a friendly and open minded manner.
Please elaborate on what you find amusing, please also if you would be so kind as to address my previous questions to you.

if you fancy something a little more in depth ...
One of my favourite books is called 'The Holy Blood and The Holy Grail' (and it's follow up The Messianic Legacy). It looks at the theory of a bloodline from Jesus and gets into European history, the Templar Knights, the 'United States of Europe' and much more. It was used as a big influence by Dan Brown for the Da Vinci Code book.
It's not perfect and aspect of it have been debunked, but it's a cracking read

In reply to Post #77 Oh Tom. You are funny.
Reading your posts you seem to be quite an intelligent chap, yet your baiting statements to Wayne and your retorts to solely garner a bite are, to say the least, amusing .

How do you know if someone believes conspiracy theories?
Give it about a minute, they're bound to tell you all about it....

In reply to Post #63 I don't necessarily agree with Dean but that's a little unfair to cherry pick two parts and add them together.
I read it as he watches loads of stuff from start to finish not the same thing over and over again.
