Just a little update
The lake has been sold and all bookings are with majestic carp,
They are doing a food package for us as we booked before it was sold.
Theres a 5th swim opposite the bungalow
Few catches/updates on there Facebook page

As for transport we have booked https://carpcatfishhunterseurope.com/
Picked up from one location and dropped off all fuel tolls crossing all for £1300 which I think is well worth it

Only 6 months to wait 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 just hoping we can go

Yes about the same distance i had to go to a reasonable sized town for the dog's worming tablet at the vets. There's a little market and patisserie and supermarket etc.

To the guys that have fished carpinvasion are there any local shops near by????
We might be getting transport there and back so going to be without transport whilst there.
Dont mind phoning a taxi to run us to a local shop if we need supplies though

I believe the lake is now being run by majestic carp
Not sure if they have bought it out right or just running bookings

Not personally but Will is a good guy so should be no problem I would have thought.

Just to add Email can take a while to be answered so best of ringing Will if you want a quicker response.....

Hi all,

Has anyone had any experience with changing their dates or getting a deposit refunded because of the Covid-19 situation?

Emailed the fishery a week ago and haven’t heard back.

Thanks

JB

I have used SL and Freezer baits.......

In the bungalow is a folder with pictures of the swims before the lake was filled so you can see the bars etc.......

Think Chris is correct with 2 crossing in the summer months but the 9am - 1pm (3hr crossing) is perfect for getting there at 2pm.....
