Agree.

At which I would like to point out I emailed angling direct and they replied twice within a few hours with an option to replace or refund. Top service.

Delkim or the shop will replace. Anything mass produced will have the odd issue. Annoying but they are good so once replaced you’ll be happy again

What my dad used to do with the telly decades ago, give it a good talking to followed by a slap from all directions, don't think it ever worked but made him feel better.

Make sure you have pushed it in the whole way and spin the connector round may work....

If not it’s defo faulty

Make sure you have tried it that one of the other alarms as well just to see if it isn’t the alarm itself

Just trying to help

Just had 3 slim lites turn up today. Look spot on, cant get the blue one to work for the life of me though. Had 3 sent from AD but one seems not to light up.

AD have said they will replace but dont sound great from a quality view..

"Having used Solars indicator systems for years I moved over to the delkim indicator range and the slim lite has been superb. However the MPS defiant is the best imho."

What ones are you using? ... I am looking at them.

Always fully dry all my gear, alarms, swingers, even unzip my rod holdall to let the reels/spools fully dry.

You know delkim will tell you to dry them and put them in a nice warm place between trips

Bobbins hung on the piss, had corrosion, metal balls wouldn't roll with the line. Got rid and went with elstow bobbins with mcf chain
