HELP! Booked on a venue 11 July which they have just cancelled, everything in place for the trip, tickets, bait etc. I am looking for a small lake for two anglers and one non fishing guest. It doesn't have to be a massive fish venue but must have accom. and be within easy reach of Calais[Tunnel]. It appears all the big lakes are fully booked but we would prefer a small private lake anyway. Any ideas?

Now you are being silly. As if the Prime minister of a country would be so careless as to catch Covid.

Nothing to be relaxed before the 29th June at the earliest. I work in travel and weíve been given assurances that air bridges will start to be opened up from then as long as the pandemic is still under control..

Other thing to think about is if an area (Manchester/ London/ Liverpool etc) is under local lockdown due to a spike in cases you may be advised to return home by border control and quarantine rather than be able to travel..
