In reply to Post #509 Due out on the 22nd August.. If we don’t have to quarantine in France then no problems as I can work from home in the UK..
Not sure if the French would frown at people travelling home 7days into a 14 day quarantine period

In reply to Post #508 😭... Just seen as well, we are due out on the 26th Sept, hoping it might be lifted again by then..
Otherwise big decision time 🤔

3 of us are due to go next month, mate rang crete lakes and been told the bus is 100% still running, only way it won't if country goes into another complete lockdown, so leaves people in a limbo really if this quarantine comes in.

In reply to Post #501 Nobody (very few) does as people that say openly they had it are treated by others worse than hiv positive were... Human nature at its best...

Here at Le Bounty just 14 k from Le Mans you are more likley to get sun burn than the virus. Speaking to the many French lads that have fished Bounty not one of them knows of anyone that has or have had the virus.

In reply to Post #496 I think its on the cards for this coming week. meant to be heading out to France this coming Saturday but just told the others im going to give it a miss and take the loss of expenses already paid. simply cannot afford the two weeks off work u paid. to much hassle for what its worth for me. week over at ST Ives instead, which isn't to be complained about!

In reply to Post #497 Has been advice against non essential travel so far but I'm sure you know that and give the best available advice to your customers.

In reply to Post #495 All depends wether travel is advised against by the government or if it's purely quarentine only.

In reply to Post #493 My point is if Gov puts on a quarantine here they also advise against non essential travel so the two go hand in hand. If our Gov says quarantine when returning from France your insurance cover will be void for non essential journeys. Imagine if you are the innocent party in a motor accident. With no cover your feet won't touch.
Bullseye, your bravado is misplaced mate. Your serious risk potentially lies in France if something goes wrong.
