Me and wife are in Marbella and soon as Spain went into lockdown changed my Friday return flight to Tuesday evening only to find out this morning that flight has been cancelled but managed to get on early morning Tuesay flight

PS stil its like a gost town nothing apart from food shops open and has been since Sat evening, but at least the sun is out.

From what I can gather rather than import the virus the idea is hold it back as long as possible so it spreads nearer to the summer period making it easier for the NHS. This involves taking advice from the scientific, human behaviour and medical experts so after banning events of over 500 people maybe flights will be next on the agenda?

Sorry to start a separate thread but what is the latest in regard to flights allowed into the UK? So much happening hour by hour but I haven´t heard anything about the UK making any restrictions on flights into the UK. It was interesting to hear from the Government advisors that the best way to increase the immunity (in the future) would be that at least 60% of our population get the virus, so are we encouraging more people to come here to speed up the process of spreading the virus?
