It would just get moved into the non-carp section
Yes as it should do but I've noticed people stretching the limits and getting away with it.
My advice would just to go into the non-carp section and read what interests you. I just wish more people would do it Cam, some of the best threads are on there. I take your point about the Footy thread though it's not everyone cup of tea and considering what goes on there I think I can say for all those concerned we're all grateful it's allowed to stand

One reason given for Non Carp not being included in Read Next was that people got fed up landing on the Footy thread which if you're not interested I can see a bit irritating.
This would be the reason I reckon
Only advice I can give is if you create a thread in Non Carp it won't get full attention so you're better off trying to sneak it into General Carp to get maximum feedback

I'm a massive football fan but the football thread would be the last thread I would read in there. I very rarely look in there at all tbh

In reply to Post #1 A while back I asked for Non Carp to be included in the Read Next function, my reasoning is that it would give a more balanced forum. What I mean is have you been on the bank with another angler and you naturally talk about fishing then after a while you realise all the other person can talk about is nothing but carp, carp, carp, bit boring after a while I like to chat about other things as well as fishing.

It's shame some Non Carp threads don't get the attention they deserve

I'm sure when I hit the [Whole site] button it never shows any new posts in the 'Non Carp Stuff' section (and maybe others but I definitely have noticed that particular one), any reason for that?
