Congratulations on the great news!

In my humble opinion the old fox RX’s are amongst the best alarms ever made. A trip to Dalectronics for a service would be a lot cheaper than a new set and they’ll be as good as new 👍

First of all well done on winning your battle. I love to hear a good news story and they don’t come much better news than yours.

Secondly, not all that much has changed in alarms since you took your break. You say you are interested in the best alarms, and that’s probably gonna come down to either high end foxes or delkims.

Was in the same boat as you buddy, I went with the e.c.u alarms, had them over twelve months now and never missed a beat. Good luck and welcome back to over priced fishing

The latest delkims or rx+ would be worth a look, bivvy wise trakker tempest range but if don't want spend too much on a shelter the new quest bivvy looks good or a cyprinus.
Congratulations on beating Cancer too
