Wow, what a great way to deal with a customer service issue. Apologie accepted, and the boss is even willing to settle the issue over a beer.

My dear life, why can't more companies be more this? The world would be a better place all together if others businesses took this approach to customer service.

Just thought I'd add my 2p's worth, having personally placed several orders in the past with DNA baits, I've got to say that the service I received was simply outstanding. There was a problem with one of them, spoke to Calum, issue resolved straight away, no fuss, no quibbles.
Keep up the good work guys and long may it continue

Leave it out. What do you think I am? Some kind of alcoholic? If you must know I drank it from a frosted glass supplied by my butler Jeeves.

Thank you very much for your reply Wayne. I think it is a case of both crossed wires and being under pressure. There is no excuse for it though as a few have said so again i do apologise for that. Make sure you come up at the next show and i'll buy you a beer.

Hi Jason

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my earlier post. Ive read your reply and it seems that any offence was unintentional and it seems more a case of perhaps crossed wires when you were under the cosh a bit. These things happen, I must admit I was a bit put out at the time as I wasnt sure what Id done to justify the response I got, but your post explains what happened and Ive got no reason to think that it was anything other than a genuine mistake, so I thank you for your apology. It takes a big person to come onto a public forum and apologise when so many other people might have either ignored it or gone on the defensive. I also think it speaks volumes that so many of your customers were quick to come to your defence and share their positive experiences of DNA.

If you happen to see me at a show, i'll have a handshake waiting for you.

all the best
wayne

I'm ordering the 50kg deal end of the month.I emailed DNA about the situation regarding the krill shortage and the answers I got and how helpful they were was superb. We all have bad moments but to hold your hands up and apologise is also showing they care about their customers.
Wayne is just over sensitive,it comes from his Napolean complex but you never know DNA might look after him if he gets in touch
