I read that, it's because of food shortages but if there's no food in the supermarkets what's the point of raiding them?
I hope I'm right when I say it won't happen here as our supermarkets have started to function fairly well recently under the circumstances, let's hope our own scumbags have worked that one out.

I observed the restrictions in a super market earlier in the week. A woman 2m infront picks up a tin of soup looks at it and puts it back in a different place on the shelves. It must have had the label the wrong way around on the shelf, wasn't the one she wanted so put it back with the ones of the same recipe. I wanted a couple of tins of soup but was unsure which tin she'd put back so left it. Supermarkets should be telling people not to handle goods over the tannoy or the other restrictions are pointless.

You'll probably need to visit a store.
My missus has just got back from Tesco, there was a short queue of a couple of minutes ( 2 metre markers in place) to get in, the shelves were reasonably full, there were eggs and bread but no bog roll, maximum of two items the same, the checkout was done in an orderly fashion again 2 metre markers. All in all not too bad for a Saturday evening

Grocery home delivery....

Can anybody actually get a delivery slot?

We are shielding an elderly relative and look at every way to reduce risk but all slots show as unavailable... I'm a key worker and don't have the time to just sit online all day waiting for slots in 3 weeks to become available.

V frustrating that people that would benefit from this service can't use it.

If there's a knack to this please PM me.

I really hope anybody caught breaking the law whilst the population are under extraordinary conditions will have the book thrown at them when it comes to sentencing.

Iím a manager for an NHS. Trust and our staff sickness rose from 160 to 590 overnight .
One of my nurses cancelled his annual leave and came into work and was rewarded on Thursday with some scummy vermin stealing his car whilst on duty.

The Chloe Middleton case is something that worried me a lot over the past few days as to what we are actually being told. The morning she died, my son told me a 21 year old had died with zero previous health problems in Buckinghamshire, which was worrying. This was not mentioned on the news at all until much later in the day... And then ONLY because of a Facebook post by the poor girls mother. All of the news reports about that poor girl made a point of saying it was from a Facebook post. As far as I'm aware, if the mother had not of made that post, the general public would never have even known about it.

Now as you say they are saying it was not the virus, and newspaper stories about it are being wiped. It's all a bit strange. They are clearly doing their best to avoid panic. Surely it's better for people to know the truth, however bad that truth is?
