6 of us did 48 hours on there and had 5 fish out all weekend. The bailiff said when we got there if we have 6 fish out it would have been a good weekend.

Its owned by the same people as Coking Farm

Try them all. Out of those I have never fished Festival, Acorn and Diggers very different lakes. Diggers is all about little traps and close quarters fishing, Acorn a bit more standard with open water and islands. Depends what you prefer, I like Diggers but won't be for everyone

Festival looks very tempting. After reading reviews I think its going to be between digger lakes (snails) acorn or festival lakes
Which of these would you say is the most prolific?

You have loads of choice not much more than a 90 minute drive. You can easily get to Linear and Linch Hill (both get mega busy though) in less than 2 hours as well

Me and few mates had a social at Festival fishery recently, its near Glastonbury so dont know if thats too far for you. Not the easiest of waters for its size but some lovely fish in there

Showers and toilets on site, and breakfast and dinner delivered to your swim from the bailiffs wife

Horseshoe, Whelford Pools, Horcott all nice lakes in the Cotswolds, no need to book a swim. Cherry lakes to book with luxury cabins also in the Cotswolds.
Going down into Devon (no longer drive than Cotswolds) you have Lakeside View and Digger Lakes as options.
Near Bristol you have Acorn which gives you most of what you asked for. Then a little down the M5 you have Trinity waters, Chandos lake for carp which is a lovely looking lake

I have only fished the waters local to me in and around south wales so looking to fish a weekend somewhere further afield.

Can anyone recommend any just over the border / around Bristol / Cotswolds area? I have looked at Olivemead but for a weekend session they are fully booked until October!
Would prefer somewhere where I can book a swim in advance
