Mine is going 20 as well i think, and i thought it was called the x pod, but after a quick search i believe the old one is called the trek pod. Green oval tubes for the X, sturdy as hell, doesn't break nor wobbles, and the X alone weighs 800 grammes. As a testament to its quality, still looking for something better.

Had the Plus for year's, tried other's but this is very stable, easy to set up and very adjustable in all directions, I have 2 bases, one in each set up. I do have the shorter front sticks but didn't think they were low enough, so cut 3/4" off the inners as they sit proud, also narrower goal posts.

Can't vouch for the Plus but I have the standard X Pod from the same period and they're decent. Bomb-proof without the weight, they don't make them like that anymore. Haven't used it in a long time but can't bring myself to get rid of it. Even if I could find something else with the same combination of weight/quality (which I can't) it'd cost an absolute fortune.

Had mine since they came out, getting on for 20 years??
Very good and versatile, I've had 3 foot sticks in the front and none in the back to get. the rods high or any combinations. You just need a couple of extra sets of sticks to achieve almost anything necessary.
Stable, easy to use, very well made and light.

Must have had mine close to 15 years, it's stable, goes up quickly and you can push it into the ground if required. I can't have used it for 5 years or so, but it's a good bit of kit.

I've had mine for years and wouldn't be without it.
I've looked at other pods and sticks and can't see me changing anytime soon
