Some of the Challenge videos are really really good! There was one where he had to use old school gear (end tackle) and things that he would have used years ago. Out of memory he didn't use too many Fox bits in that and still caught plenty!

Wouldn't it have been great to have a much lower budget, and show how you can get into fishing without £800, picking up bits from eBay, Friday ad etc!

Maybe it depends who you speak to as a few years back I broke the central pole on my Evo brolly. Phoned and asked how I can buy a new one and was sent a replacement free of charge. Looking forward to the next episode.

When I had a problem with my NTX-r I emailed Fox over the weekend using the website form and had a reply before 09:00 on the Monday. Alarms were replaced in about 6 working days so no complaints form me.

Hope he doesn't need to contact Fox about any problems because in my experience they won't reply.

See I must be luckier than I thought...I've been using loads of Fox gear for nigh on 30 years and I've only ever had a Black label bankstick crossthread ( replacement sent same day ) and the carry bag split on my easy mat....and that's it

Meant to be......but who would come up with £800? Surely, most people would say £500 as a figure.

As Sir Blankalot says, I think this was probably already pre planned.

However, it will still be an enjoyable watch as always.
