DB-hengelsport, recently named Hengelsport Helmond did supply Ashima in the past. There still Ashima Hooks on their website. Maybe it's worth it let them send the hook's to your residence address.

Iím actually after Ashima hooks which are no longer distributed in the UK as far as I am aware. Will hopefully be able to pick up a few packets whilst Iím in Amsterdam.
Unless anyone knows of a supplier

Hello Chris, the best shops are a just some kilometers outside Ams;-)
The 2 best ones are Hengelsport Leiden & Hengelsport Utrecht, google will help you out on the addresses.
Absolute topshops.

them amsterdam "runs water carp" have seen way too much pre bait,and way too many hooks.the mouth damage would be way too bad for me to even consider wanting to put my hook in them!!!

What sort of tackle are you looking for?

Hengelsport 2000 is one of the shops nearby Amsterdam

Dam if i was going to Amsterdam I won't be looking for tackle shops, there would be only one type of fish I would be sniffing out down those red streets

Anyone recommend a decent tackle shop in Amsterdam? Staying here in a few weeks and thereís a few bits that I want to pick up which are harder to find in the Uk these days.
Any recommendations?
