I didn't know that till now

I tend to horde rig bits I like in case, as I tend to stick with what I'm confident in

I prefer to use avid bag stems over lead core, and I usually tie them on rather than use a loop, I just feel the less line on the deck around the rig the better

I make up short lead core leaders so I have around 2 to 3 inch of lead core coming out of the bag, I then loop to loop with the main line , always used a figure of 8 in the main line without issues.

I all
Wanting to pre tie some pva solid bags in advance (naked) but wondering what best knot to use to create a big enough loop on the main line ?? Figure of eight or perfection, what do you use ??
Also what length of line would you use coming out of bag ??

Cheers
