In reply to Post #744 It did tickle me that line. As it's a delk thread. Years ago in France I had a set of Mk1's with the tx2000 transmitters, absolutely hammered it down for 3 days solid, vertical rain that wouldn't shift. We had a small BBQ in the cooking brolly and we're doing a couple of steaks when one of the delks goes into one tone meltdown with the bobbin stationary. Replaced it with a back up micron and decided to dry it out on a piece of line from the brolly rib over the BBQ. Yep pretty soon the line went and one red delk on the BBQ. Fished it out with tongs it looked like the elephant man. Switched it on and it worked perfectly for the rest of the trip
