Get in touch with a company and ask for run offs. They will be cheaper and perfect for prebait

Just had an email from Blakeís baits. Code offer 10 gets ten per cent off snowberry boilies. A twenty kg order would come in at around the price you mention.

say you spend £8 per kg Ö For 20 Kg that's another £40.00 so get what you want rather than something maybe not as good
another option is
Get some great deals on overruns from some great bait companies that will let you prebait freely on the cheap Ö. Then get a decent end bait from Baitroom/UB Baits/specialized hook baits ..... that would be my advice

The last few seasons I have been swapping between cc Moore live system & eclipse virus.
Iím acually starting to think I prefer the eclipse bait personally.

Two baits Iíve used and caught plenty on are Rgís formula red plum which is on offer at £65 for 10kg plus pop ups n dip with free delivery at the moment and Quality baits patshull park which is always around £6 a kilo on 10kg.
Both not big fancy companies but both get a thumbs up from me.

here we go again

To be fair though, when I did have a dabble with them a few years ago (they were still Solar at the time) I caught the most sought after fish in the lake and I have yet to see any proof from anyone that they are actually any worse than any other baits.

I don't use them anymore of course, couldn't stand the ridicule
