This and other techniques have been covered in detail by this fishing champion: http://brianlatimerfishing.com/ What I like about him is that he is honest about some hardships fishing sportsmen face. And even he agreed that it's difficult to pull off.

if you want to take a big variety just get some small ziplock baggies that will take 4 or 5 baits each - you can fit 10- 15 of these with different baits into a single standard pop up tub, whilst also keeping them separate. Write on each bag what the baits are though or you'll never remember what's what, and remember to top up when you use them. If you have a particular favourite hookbait, you can always take a while tub. That way you have 1 pot of you favourites, plus 10-15 alternatives all in only 2 pots.

Fox do some mini bait pots . About half the size of normal pots . More than enough for one session , just remember to top them up when they are running low . They do a little carry bag that would fit 8 small pots in but only takes up the space of 4 tubs off pop ups . Would be ideal for you

how you organising and dividing them with the 3 tubs

Well, I put one type of bait in each of the tubs, screw the lid on the top tub, and then screw all the tubs together. There is nothing to organise. If you want bait from the top tub, screw the lid off, if you want bait from either of the other two tubs, just unscrew it from the tub above. As I say, there is nothing to organise.

I think some other tackle manufacturer makes a similar product.......at a price.

You may even find similar product on Ebay.

For travelling light, I have 2 ways, carry my bait in 50, 60 or 70 ml sample bottles that will fit in your pocket which you can get off Ebay or use 3 smallish tubs that all interconnect that go in my bag:-

https://www.myprotein.com/protein-accessories/supplement-storage-boxes/10605622.html

Superdrug sell a smaller version of 3 stacked tubs as well which are amongst there travel accessories of small containers, empty aerosols and bottles etc which you fill yourself.
