Soy sauce, fish sauce, meat stock, marmite, bovril,hydtolysates buzzword, aminol etc
Nutty or milks then condensed milk, evaporated milk, horlicks solution, Nutella, peanut butter, ordinary butter, diluted honey, lake water. You could use just about anything.
