Would recommend the Savoury Seed, its a great winter bait. The garlic in both baits will compliment in a small way. As you say, sometimes they like a mix and you have the red theme as well if you consider that important.

getting ready to put my next order in - have been on the hot shrimp but was thinking maybe to get some savoury seed as well and use combined - thinking of other threads on here where a mixtures of attractions can work for various fish.

sounds like you have used and would recommend? which are you on at the moment?

Hi, I mix the Squid with the Hot Shrimp. I like the mix of dull brown and dull red. Both base mixes are very similar so compliment each other. Get the matching marbles as your hookbaits.

Are their baits just frozen or can you get shelf life?

I liked the game changers in terms of the bait but i got the barrells and they were a little soft for my liking and the roach picked them apart pretty quickly, but they were also a lot smaller than i would normally use. The hard hookbaits were also not mega hard but the marbles were great, they were and are my fav hook bait of theirs as they are a bit different to the norm as you can use a single bait but also has a fleck of colour and buoyany. I guess a bigger size in the game changers would have stayed on the hook longer. Difficult as you want the breakdown and attraction of the bait but also need it to stay on long enough lol. I know they can do them slightly firmer than the standard mix if needed. I would probably do this if and when I order again.
Great bait decent price cheap delivery and nice hookbaits. I would have no problem using their bait again.

Would wholeheartedly recommend all of the Aqua Baits range. Their Savoury Seed is an excellent winter bait and a great bait at other times of the year if where you fish does not respond to fishmeal baits.

Yes the baits are on the soft side, but Spencer produces them this way on purpose so that the fish get the maximum benefit. All ranges have matching hookbaits so you are sorted. The special hookbaits give you alternative options - for this time of year Aqua A's are perfect.

In the warmer months I go for a Squid/Hot Shrimp combo and then over to the Savoury Seed in the cooler months.

No I'm not sponsored by Aqua Baits, just a very happy customer endorsing their fantastic bait

Aquabaits corkballs are really good. they do them in matching the bait ranges and specials - Aqua A's and Candyberry are both really effective and proven this time of year.
The Aqua B and Game Changers sre really good quality fishmeal corkballs too.
