Credit where it is due, I had a nxtr which had developed a minor intermittent fault with the tone setting. I rang up customer service, who said just send it to them.

A week or so later they had sent me a brand new replacement buzzer, no cost ( I know it was a new different buzzer as I had marked my original)

Very happy with the service.

There are some genuinely helpful guys in the service dept. The ones I have dealt with are both called Paul.

Tbh I don't know why they have the contact page at all...they never seem to reply to it and because of that it causes bad feeling.

However if you ring them up they really are spot on

I had a MXR+ which fell over when setting up and it cracked on the collar, I could of glued it but it would have bugged me.

I contracted Fox who sent me a new alarm for the £27.50 service charge.

Great customer service in my eyes.

Put a message up on their FB page saying you've had no reply, should jolt them into action

I have emailed them a few times and never got a reply.
Certainly put me off buying any of their products.
