Well I've never found a bait im truly happy with I always have a bag of mainline in freezer and in winter used to be richworth tutti these days looking for a good firm that I'm happy with and I'll be honest haven't found it yet essential b5 I like but found only works in UK on certain waters other baits I've used either is no longer made or a ball ache to get so don't can't use now.

Just ordered 20kg of abs offcuts 😆 I really have changed my thinking around bait.. if it's there where they want it, they will eat it, as long as there's nothing in it to put them off. For me, I'm more concerned with colour at the moment.. I'm keeping my baits dark and fishmeal..as long as it's a decent company I'm happy...A baits, ABS, Essential, shoreline..
If someone's doing a good deal I'll be on it!

Have just got a small 5kg bag to have a look at as a winter bait for next few months smells very morish strawberry jam

Thre new strawberry one is designed for soley winter use and only available to March i believe.

Gold Seal was the original bait for all-seasons - contains great list of ingredients for winter use to ensure ease of digestion etc so passes through the fish to keep them feeding rather than being bunged up by oily fishmeal or less digestible baits

Wouldn't call them up & coming, they've been about a good few years. Look at the gold seal, I think this was primarily designed as a cold water bait.
