The viscosity of the oil plays little part in whether it will solidify in winter, it's more about the fractions in it, do a google search for winterised oils, like this one

Is Soya oil any good for boilie making? I cant find much about it in regards to bait production at all. I imagine it will be a good cold water oil because it very thin??
