Went in the summer with the whole family and they are so tame like Duffer said.

We were basically hand feeding them on the beach with left over bread. The pegs to the left my wife's grandad fished and had a few bream and we saw a lot carp cruising through.

I often go to Elveden Center Parcs and the carp are always right on the small beach area fighting the ducks for the bread people throw in! I was there over Christmas and the carp were still in the shallow water looking for the bread. To be honest they are so tame it would be like shooting them in a barrel. The biggest Iíve seen went about 15lb.

Had a walk round last year and noted the new lake houses which have took up a few of the old fishing spots near the coffee shop . the pegs next to the beach where busy mostly with match anglers one or two going for the carp .
