I'll 2nd Bounty Lakes. You cannot go wrong. Rammed with carp and huge cats, great food and 1664 on tap in the on-site bar/restaurant. It ticks all of my boxes that's for sure.

Have a look at Tremblaye. Ideal for 2 anglers. Good fishing, good food and lovely hosts. Also unique in being grounds of an old castle (not much of it left) but part of the moat forms the lake

Dream lakes is worth a look 5 lakes plus a big lake that's drive and survive food package available an the place has some massive carp

Hi fella , was offered , but cant take up the dates , 2 fishing Moulin du Mee poppy lake exclusive . In fact the had weeks in sept and oct , worth a look .
