I’m referring to the block not the pole system which is totally different 😉

The air has a pole that pulls over and is retained same as the bivvy doesn’t it? The v1 did as far as I recall.
This cyprinus thing looks like an awkward combination of 2 bob plastic push on bits and extending front ribs for tension.

I actually just prefer it when company anglers are just open about it. If I watch a korda promo video I expect them to be using korda products. I don’t need them to be telling me how wonderful they think they are. I’d find it a bit odd if one of them demonstrated a product and then picked holes in it, id wonder why they’d released it.

Promos should be promos and reviews should be reviews. The two shouldn’t mix.

He’s blocked comments because I asked a few questions. he didn’t even understand Hydrostatic Head just kept telling me it’s better. Crap review same with Carpology , it’s what the seller wants to hear not what they need to be told to make things better.

Once the initial hype dies down of the Typhoon I dont see the likes of Cyprinus denting or concerning the bigger brands with this product ... its not cheap enough for many people to to risk a "non brand" and there will always be people that buy the premium "labels" at higher cost because it has a "label" ... this happens in all areas of consumerism. Non brands need to be under £200 imo ... To me their M4 range is a better proposition in terms of value.

True, but would you invent a square wheel just because someone else had already invented the circular one.

Yet both Trakker & Nash copied the original Armadillo design as did many others most of the major tackle manufacturers are guilty of plagiarism !!
