Still no need to go on like that. First one definitely wasnt a pen, 2nd one was though. Botman has been superb for us this season and still so young.

Will both teams finish with 11 on the pitch?

Salah looked off the boil last night. Maybe a bit of frustration at the chances that nunez is missing?

Oxlade chamberlain looks like he's scared to play. His runs off the ball are always away from the movement and into areas that make him the worst option to pass to.

Midfield needs sorting. Elliot looks out of place in the system there. Its not his bedt position and he's still learning.

But....

I'm an eternal optimist

We carry on playing like that be lucky to finish top 8 ! God help us against Real. Not just nunez up front that cant hit a barn door salah just as bad no power in his shots ! For some reason klopp thinks our midfield is ok ! Keita, elliot, jones ,henderson, chamberlain, just not good enough and everyone raves about thiago he gives the ball away so much and then the opposition just walks through us. Looking as bad at the moment as we did when woy hodgson was in charge !

Not quite. 1st time they have beat us in 84 years...

But. It was well deserved. They could have had 4 in the 1st half. Second half they sat back and defended deep.

We were lucky against Leicester.

Still fancy us for top 4 but there's work to do. Fortunately I don't think we're quite as bad as united and spurs...

You were lucky against the Foxes too, what a **** up that was!

I can remember you laughing at the start of the season when they turned UTD over, is that the double on you now?

Oh dear.

Oh well at least you've come back on, not like those lesser spotted Spuds, bet your life next time they'll be back is the next time we lose. It's the only thing they have to celebrate

Ex spud with the forest goal I think... lovely irony

I hope your lot keep it up. If we can't win it (and this year we are way off) then it's good that someone takes the scrap to man City.

Our new signing looks good. Lots of pace and an eye for goal. And with our left hand side looking a bit depleted, a very good bit of business I think.

Haaland could break salah's record by the end of January the way he's scoring.
