The main squad will stay. A few additions to strengthen your bench and you'll do well again.

City are an anomaly. Who else can spend 100 million on Jack grealish and wait a season and a half for him to come good? Or let a left back who would be first name on the team sheet at everywhere except Liverpool go on loan half way through the season?

I hope they win the double.

Champions league is for clubs with a bit of history...

Yes it's something like 9 points from the last 24 points.
It doesn't bode well for next season.

Yeah me too.

Still mathematically possible but I hate maths too.

We just ran out of season. Although, Chelsea and Fulham probably hate utd too so you never know....

Pleased for firmino today. He's universally loved at anfield.

Cheers mate, i think it may be done and dusted after todays results. Unbelievable season for us. I thought we would struggle with a top 6 finish if im honest. Hopefully man utd will slip up and yous pip them to fourth. I hate man utd.

Thoroughly deserved. Obviously I'm hoping for a little miracle for Liverpool but nobody would argue that your team have been great this season- apart from that showing against man utd in the cup final maybe..

A win for us today keeps that bit of pressure on but we need big performances from too many other teams to help us I think

Hope in our hearts and all that....

Massive result for us against brighton. Bumped the goal difference up as well as the scousers goal difference was getting rather close to ours. Secure 3 points against leicester at home on Monday and thats us in the champions league. I couldnt of dreamt of this at start of the season, still dosent seem real. God knows what the atmosphere will be like at st james if we do win. If liverpool lose today then its sewn up even before we play leicester.

The best Barca players I have seen were Xavi, Iniesta and Messi with Busquets sat in behind them!

Best midfield ever that with Xavi and Iniesta pulling the strings and Messi doing what he liked, never seen players pass the ball so well and be so comfortable on the ball, pass after pass after pass, a pleasure to watch. Majority of the games were played in the opponents half lol

And then they bet UTD at Wembley
