Arteta linked to Barcelona! I don't think he's quite ready !

In reply to Post #5582 they were a different team last night.
crisp passing, fast turnover (if a bit 'long ball' - but it worked against our high defence line) - werner is fast but he is no centre forward on last nights show - should have had 3 with the chances he got.
agreed about Mane - he was in the wrong pace for too much of the game and when he was in the right place he fluffed his lines....
looking like we're going to have to win the CL to qualify for it....

Very impressed with the way Fulham played last night, but for the want of a proven goal scorer they could be flying high, Brighton very much the same, but if you can’t put the ball in the net you’re always going to be in the relegation dogfight

In reply to Post #5580 **** me, if you can’t beat those there is something wrong. I watched them against UTD, ****ing rubbish, just chasing everything all the time and losing the ball.
Tells you all you need to know when Mane was back in his own half tackling
On another point, their new striker looks pretty sharp, could turn out to be a decent player if they can get the ball to him!

In reply to Post #5580 I thought you'd be good enough to finish high enough for a Europa spot but I've changed my mind, you're not

Mane's having a bit of a stinker...
Chelsea's long ball over the top is paying off. good finish by Mount to be fair

In reply to Post #5577 If it had been in the box in an attack it wouldn't have been a penalty because his arms in a natural position... but it's disallowed when driven at you from 3 yrds ... the only way it couldn't hit an arm would be if you didn't fecking have 1... disgraceful rule... it's not the reason we can go down but a point tonight would have got us out of the bottom 3 for the 1st time all season and put more pressure on Brighton and Newcastle... I'd like to say bring on the next games but we can well do without them... good effort Fulham but effort doesn't win points.... gutted.

In reply to Post #5571 Just thinking, you could look on the bright side, you do know if you go down there are others London clubs you could, follow don’t you?
Jim and Ralph follow Spurs now for example
Moving away from London, Mal was a Blackburn fan when they won the league, now he claims to be a die hard Liverpool fan, once they are back down in 7th or 8th he will be buying the shirt of another top 4 club

In reply to Post #5569 Can’t throw points away to clubs like those like you say, they are the ones you need to be taking 3 points from
Some tuff games ahead!
