Lots of comments on here sum up the attitude of the whole thing with England.
"It's only Scotland ' and similar.
Well the Scots were the better team tonight. Worked harder. Played for each other. And if their centre forward was a bit sharper he'd have possibly got on one of Robertson's crosses.
Think about all the talk of 'he has to play grealish' ... hopes pinned on one player rather than a team . Don't get me wrong, he's a brilliant player who I'd love to see at Anfield but it's that mindset of the individual over the team. It unfortunately runs through the squad and the supporters alike.
Apart from grealish how many of those players are the best at their club? And yet there's all the hype about superstars...
I'm not jumping on the hate bandwagon as I do like a lot of the players. Sterling, James, Foden, Mount, stones... all really good players in my book. But the weight of expectation is always an issue.
Kane looks knackered. They miss Henderson in midfield alongside either rice or the Leeds lad.
I think they'll beat the Czech Republic and I really hope the Scots beat Croatia.
Also - is it just me or did the pitch look really small tonight?

England have the most expensive squad by far on paper apparently and can't even get a goal against Scotland, can only laugh.
And you're right, watching France the other night we would not have a chance against mbappe.

Odds on, but how many times has that happened over the years.
England managers are so scared of losing they dont even think about winning. Its the reverse for the Italians and French, Spain and Germany are a spent force. England have the players to play the Klopp way, just imagine how good that would be to watch at an international level.

Scotland got more chance of winning it than us! Sterling is s**t scores one goal against Croatia and hes best thing since slice bread because he lives next door to Wembley 😫! John stones had a better chance than Harry kane to score! Sums it all up when commentators say he’s had 3 shots in 2 games!

90% of england fans expected more , have said it before on here every tournament they go into the fans expect them to win it , not supported them since 96 that was the nearest they will get to winning it. Roll on tuesday the Tartan army .

I agree mate, Harry Kane spoke about leading by example in the interview with Robertson, he hasn’t lead by example in the 2 games so far! He wants dropping! Give Calvert Lewin a go.
