In reply to Post #8 Went there 2 summers ago. Fishing ok, but plagued by Sturgeon. Between 4 of us we caught the same 65lb sturgeon 5 times. First time was ok, but 5th time I felt really bad for the fish.
We caught quite a few carp biggest 38lb and 32lb. The rest were all mid 20's the owner was pleasant and helpful.
Just felt I was fishing a small English day ticket water, which is not my cup of tea. any more than 4 on there and it would feel over crowded.
Most productive spot was caravan side right across to the other bank with lines as close as you dare to the left hand island.
Toilets were rank though, just a plank with a large hole in above **** hole. it was July August so weather was very hot.

In reply to Post #1 Hi
We are also booked up this year, May 11th to 18th. Have you been, or are you still waiting to go?
We've been trying to get hold of Jean, have emailed him a couple of times about drinking water, but haven't heard anything back, have you managed to contact him at all?
If we go before you, we'll let you know how we get on. Hope you have a good week.
All the best
Paul
