have a look at the Drennan red range ,they get very good value for money reviews...as do the actual main Drennan reels ,..the only reason I don't use them is I have old Mitchell 330,440a..300 etc....

I know, the specs read just like the TDR which is near £100 more, hell of a reel for not a lot of money!

That's a decent price.

I have the smallest size Daiwa Ninja on my float setup and its spot on for 50 quid tops, but that Theory for £65 would be worth the extra few quid.

I did a bit of ringing round the other day for the exact same thing and while speaking to BobCo Tackle they advised me they're doing the Mag Sealed Daiwa Theory For £65 which has to be a steal by anyones books

Iím after a little reel for my float set up. I have just brought a new drennan float rod but I have been out the game for a while so Iím not up to date with what I should be looking at. I will be on my local river and lakes and will be looking at putting on 4-6lb line on it. Price wise - not sure really as I donít have a budget but would like a mid-range reel. Any help?

Cheers,
Gav.
