Don’t think the krank choddy hooks are the one then as the lake I fish is quite snaggy, like the idea of the inturned eye to create a more aggressive angle, I’ve got some fang twisters and some atomic sabre hooks in my bits box so il tie on up with them and see what they are like

Yes i like the krank choddy for multi rigs i use size 6 in uk which ive used in and around moderate weed with no probs and 4's in france with no issues.

I wouldn't use them for heavy snag fishing or hit and hold as there are stronger hooks about

I like the fox stiff rig straight in a 5 or 6. The Krank choddy is a weak hook in my opinion, only hook I've ever had snap in two.

I use esp stuff riggers (size 7) and also a flexi bore ring for attatching the bait . Seems to work well

Don't like chod hooks myself, always found the hook holds are way better on a straight or even better inturned eye. Nash fang twister are my go to hook for the multi

What’s your favourite hook on the multi rig for pop ups ? Like the look of the krank choddy has anyone used these on their multis and had good results ? Cheers
