The amount of Fox brollies I had returned when I worked in a tackle shop, was most of the original stock order, I reckon 75%. As each new 'update' came out each year the same problems kept coming up.

We actually stopped ordering Fox brollies the return rate was so bad.
Strangely bivvies (not on a brolly system) and Easy Shelter had few returns.

Had the mk1 supa when first released never had a problem have the ultra also not had a problem (yet) but I don't use front storm poles just side ones and use more like a brolley than shelter sometimes with mozzie front on but generally not imo the ultra as the best material I have seen come from fox in recent times. However wish aqua would go back to chorley like old times so I can go do handstand in there again and buy some real quality again

I don't think one shop has sold thousands and if 4 returned they have probably only sold 5 in total the 5th buyer ain't used his yet to find any faults. The return rate on the supabrollies and now this ultra or whatever they are calling it must be crazy.
Faults on them range from pin holes in fabric, fabric peeling inside, storm pole connectors breaking, leaking at the Bellcap, seams coming away that's without even thinking too hard about any other faults I have heard of and had happen to me

Made me laugh when I had problems with mine he tried to tell me they’ve had very few problems 😂 getting rid was best thing I did. Another thing that made me laugh is I pointed out why did Tom maker have cable ties around his storm pole connectors on a video 🤣🤣

Bit of a late reply I know, but incase anyone still searching for reviews. I've had one for 12 months and it's just gone back to Fox as all the storm poles came loose.
Personally, I really don't like it and an getting rid of the brand new replacement Fox kindly sent me. The things I don't like is that it's a ball ache to setup. The storm poles are a bit of a pain and the ribs you have to thread in to create a more solid arch to the shelter are an absolute nightmare to get in! I bought this for speed and it is certainly not speedy to setup.
The good things about it, looks good, really good quality material used, several door options, vapour shield can be left in and seems to stop condensation issues.
I'm sure some people may like but not my cupa t.

I have a 60” system in Camo but got it well cheap.

I must say I’m impressed with it , even thou it has a few pin holes it doesn’t leak.
After all it was a second that I got from a friend in the trade.
Been out in some foul weather and all is good.
I did wonder how some are crap and others are good.

For what I paid for it I have no complaints 👍
