I have just tried using imgbb for the first time and found that if I used the HTML code, removed the last bit about the border etc and replaced it with width=600 or whatever, it posts at that size on her with no need to edit the actual photo

So
< img src="https://image.ibb.co/khT6J8/IMG_1694.jpg" alt="IMG_1694" border="0" >

becomes
< img src="https://image.ibb.co/khT6J8/IMG_1694.jpg" width=600 >

Use software to resize. I use this one. When you have donwloaded right click on an image you wish to resize. The program will open in a small window and you'll be offered various options. Depending on the size of the original image, chose the 'Medium' option. This will be displayed alongside the original photo but the photo name will have the word Medium in brackets added. I have been using this for years and it is invaluable to me.

Hi mate, when you upload, before finalizing, you will see the pics you’re uploading. If you look at each pic there’s an X and a pen symbol, click the pic. Then you have options, resize etc, web pics are best at 600 x 400 so resize to that, then choose or make a folder to upload too.

Once uploaded, you will be able to see the pics in the albums. To put on this site, click “embedded codes” choose HTML under Full image linked. Then copy the code in a post here, done!

Other sites that don’t use HTML code choose BB Code and paste the same.

Hope that makes sense
