Hello, I have booked the last week in March on DL2, can anybody tell me how the lake(s) tends to fish around this time?
Any advice on DL2 would also be welcomed as I only get to fish once a year so any tips help! Cheers

Yep, we all know fishing can go like that, in reality we aren't too fussed, it's just explaining it to the non fishers! Personally I was just happy earlier in the year not having to even think about work, but good fishing does make it that bit better.

It was grim m8 lol one person blanked everyone else had 2-3 fish and one bloke had 8 lol
I had my first fish just after dinner on the first day and my second Monday morning then not even a beep till I went home lol I can't knock the place tho that was my 5th trip out there and always done really well over there I was due a bad trip lol,,

Well it's Friday I've managed 2 fish all week 20lb and a 28lb lol,, worst trip to France fishing wise,lake 2 is dead think the biggest hit was just 8 fish lol,,roll on June for lake 3 then October for lake 1,,

Apparently last week was one of the worst ever , normally August is a **** month out there. Normally picks up up this time of year. Go in November

Scotty best pegs were 12,16,17,18 and 23,24 slightly behind them. I was, still am, so disappointed as I got so many things sorted before hand that I normally forget. But hay ho that's fishing. I'm off some where different next year.
