I should have taken my bombproof 12000 XTA's and left the Basiairs at home. I do like the Daiwa reels but far too maintenance heavy. TXI's def not tarty but I wouldn't be without them

Torrential downpour left chalk dust, grit and god knows what all over the reels and rods and so just had to improvise a bit. Found some of this laying about. Note to self must remember the Nashy reel mat on the next trip overseas!
