to be honest mate

i reckon that if you want to spod boilies your best bet is to get a purpose designed spod as they will perform much better than a normal spod

having said that there are alot of spods with inserts now might be worth a go with one of those, when you spod boilies you need to have water in the spod to stop them coming out so you need and insert or purpose designed spod for boilies

People not paying attention to what I originally said about NORMAL size spods, in that they take ages to put any considerable amounts out, hence asking if anyone had used the Nash Dumpster, or seen one, and the size of it.

Lol, yea good one, bait up at dark. Fine when your fishing nights, but bit difficult if your baiting up or fishing day sessions on day only waters.............

Wont get them via the spod, but just a pain in the backside with normal size ones, as you have to only half fill it to stop them flying out, unless you cap the spod.

Nash have a new monster one out, but havent actually seen it in the flesh.

haha they drive me nuts. Just when you think they finally pi**ed off and decide to throw some bait out one always appears from the snags and starts diving. Never thought of spodding whole boilies, nice idea.

The seagulls are driving me berserk, when baiting up with boilies. Im wondering whether to buy one of those new Nash Dumpster (large) spods and spod the boilies out instead.

Has anyone used one of the new Cobra/Nash spods, if so, are they any good, or are they just another spod on the market.

At least spodding in qty will stop the gulls from coming and picking them off. As soon as the catty/throwing stick comes out, they soon turn up, 1, 2, 3 then 30 of the dam things.

I really really want to shoot them one by one.
