Where did you read that Dale .
Are they not refunding 50% then 50% in September.
I didn't think they could offer alternative weeks as they are heavily booked already .
I might of missed your information on FB.

That's what I last I heard and read 50% now and 50% in September
So full refund

2 of my mates swapped there March trip to November. There must have been availability for when they wanted to get the swap then.
Makes sense if there isn't availability.

My info is from mates so yours is more than likely now correct. They were due out opening week.

Either way a good move to refund.

Conflicting reports on their FB page.
Looks like they are not honouring their previous statement about a 50% now and 50% in September.
Various posts about them keeping your 30% deposit .

Well update time

Spoke to abbey very disappointed in the way they have dealt with this
Been given another date that we cant do due to other commitments
The 15th -22nd may 2021 which is basically spawning time,so they are happy for us to sit behind motionless rods watching them spawn and take our money regardless and as we can't do that date they are keeping our deposit
Thought abbey had a good name ... not the case now

Were you not due out in May this year too? How do you know what the weather will be a year in advance for next May?

1 week this thursday i am meant to be at abbey and had no contact from abbey regarding the trip so far.
i am more then happy to change dates and then i can change tunnel booking and not lose the money i have paid.
so i wondered did they contact you as promised or did you contact them.
i sent e-mail last week for details but no reply yet.

He's changed his stance ( as published ) of 50% now and 50% in September .

Has anyone been over since Lockdown has eased? Ive done a last minute Booking and going on kingfisher this Tuesday for 3 nights, my first trip to abbey and looking forward to it 👍🏻
