Stupid Q

Im planning on paying Farlows a visit in the rules it stipulates NO LEDCORE OR UNLEADED LEADERS INCLUCING SAFE ZONE.....? but you can use Flurocarbon LEADERS

Whats peoples approach and what do think the reason for this rule is

I'm in the same boat. It's asked on the Facebook page the other day and was told you can use a length of fluorocarbon as a leader. I'll probably call and double check ahead of my visit though. Not been before and don't want to run the risk of upsetting anyone.

I just have a set of spools with a tapered mainline for things like this as they will get round 99.9% of any rules.
