I have been looking to get a bow up bivvy for a while and missed out on the Kampa Air 1 man at £150.00 but found the TF Gear Airflow 2 man at £210.00 on Ebay.
Having looked at the specs and videos I decided on the 2 man to give me a little more room especially headroom as I am getting on and can't bend as well as I used to.
Ordered Friday and it came today so put it straight up in the back garden.
It is huge!
The specs said that headroom was 153cm but in the bag it says 162cm headroom so I can almost stand up in it and getting in and out of the door is no problem.
Pumping up ther poles is no problem with 15 pumps per pole being needed to get to the correct pressure. Bit of a faff having to pump the three poles separately rather than them all being connected and only having to pump from one valve but not a major problem.
Sewn in ground sheet is exellent, should keep all the bugs out but makes cleaning the groundsheet clean harder.
Plenty of room for two bedchairs and all your kit and if there is only one of you then you can take an armchair and the telly!
Not tried it on the bank yet been first impressions are good, will update when I have used it.

Just found the first problem with the bivvy, it is impossible to fold it small enough so everything fits in the bag!

A common issue with most tents, buy a bigger bag (non fishing type,it'll be cheaper).

Another issue with these bivvies is that pegging points can tear off.
A friend found this out first time of use, AD replaced it no questions so it may be a common problem.
The air frame is a good idea but There's a reason why their on a mk3 design already in a relatively short time since first sold.
Be careful with it!

Found another problem!
Used it in the rain last week so pegged it out when I got home but it rained on and off for another two days.
Just come to pack it up and I have found two pools of water in the bivvy, one at the back under the rear vents and another under where the air poles meet the ground sheet.
If the ground sheet wasn't sewn in this water would probably have drained away, not convinced a sewn in ground sheet is a good idea as you can't clean it separately and it makes the bivvy heavier to handle.

I have the mk1, one man version. Have used it for 3 years and generally very pleased with it...but....last month after 3 days of rain I had puddles forming at the base of the air poles. Looks like water is getting in at the seam next to the top front air pole and running down the inside of the zipped tube cover. Going to try some fabsil there and probably use the skin to increase protection. Hope that helps.
