you know what greekskii - you could post a different story along similar lines on here every day of the week and the sad fact is that some people will still tell you racism isn't a problem - or that it's the fault of black people / absent fathers / democrat governors / societies where people from different cultures have the nerve to live together etc etc

Luckily, there are many who see the truth and strive to do the right thing

The volume may have been turned down but the record is still playing - Black Lives STILL Matter

If a casually dressed white man was sitting in 1st class along with a load of business men dressed in suits wouldn't the ticket inspector likely to single him out for ticket inspection.
Same with a young white man driving an expensive car that most young people can't afford.
Not saying Danny Rose has never been a victim of racism because I'm sure he has but young men with loads of money will raise suspicion whatever of the colour of their skin.

Young black men singled out on standard class trains and while driving modest cars while white young men not being singled out would definitely be racism.

So just be to clear I'll say again I'm sure Danny Rose does suffer racism on and off the football field but the two instances in that Independent article are not the best examples

or even more simply - young black men being singled out... it happens and it is racism. As he says in the article, it first happened to him when he was 15 - probably not sat in 1st class or driving a very expensive car then...

I know what we write doesn't always come across as we hope on this forum but I hope the above does

Have you looked at this from a different perspective?

Black people are a minority group and whether you like it or not they are involved with a lot of crime, the facts

So when a black man is driving a flash car in Doncaster do you expect him to get pulled?

I would, just the same as a skinny drug rat with a baseball cap and all the bling driving a flash car

Would you pull over everybody or would you look for suspicious circumstances?

What do you think about the pop star Wiley's latest comments?

There are two sets of people who nobody has really wanted to challenge. Jewish and KKK ... Red Necks are the KKK and Jewish people are the Law ... Work that out.

Acceptable?

Not quite sure how to interpret your post tbh. You start off with “loads of black people commit crime so he should expect to be pulled over”

Then compare a normally dressed black man to a skinny white hood rat criminal saying they both have the same level of suspiciousness.

Then you start talking about a black man making inflammatory comments and asking me if I think it's okay that he did that, using it as some sort of justification or argument to say “black people can be racist too, so Danny rose experiencing racism is acceptable”

I mean cmon, don't expose yourself any further, we already knew you were a racist sympathiser

I'll answer your questions though,
1. No I don't expect a black man in Doncaster driving an expensive car to be pulled over unless there is reasonable cause to do so, same for anyone.
2. Suspicious circumstances, which contradicts your first point doesn't it?
3. Wiley is more crackers than Kanye, not sure what set him off, but the comment you've quoted below doesn't make any racially derogatory statements does it? Just that Jews and the KKK no one challenged/challenges. Second part of it makes little sense as it's evidently not true on a majority, although there is Jews and white supremacists within law enforcement globally. Is it acceptable? This quote on its own is not really causing offence to anyone, combined with the rest of what he said, no it's not acceptable at all

Danny rose is 30 ffs. Not like he's 18 rolling in a Ferrari or Bentley. He's more than old enough to have made a lot of money and have nice things. Not that age should be a factor in who can have expensive things at all. You shouldn't expect to be pulled over if you've made money and spent it on a nice car whatever your age. That opens up a whole other level of discrimination that is clearly deemed acceptable by society. Plenty of young millionaires about nowadays due to the internet making it easy to start businesses and make money.

Racism is apparent in every ethic group i have ever had dealings with, white, black, Asians you name it, its there and it always will be while ever there are differences in skin colour or we live in different country's, fact. That is what you have to deal with, the reality, still banging the same old pathetic drum

I mean cmon, don't expose yourself any further, we already knew you were a racist sympathiser

Is that how low you are. Because i look at things from a different perspective than a moron like you. Still playing the victim card

You're saying that racism is acceptable because “it happens to everyone” and make excuses for it. So yes, a sympathiser of racism. Don't start crying about it. Maybe you didn't even realise you do it. But you are. Because making an excuse for it means you are saying it's acceptable. Simple as that.

Both you and tinhead never seem to respond to valid points when people post them. Just ignore it like it never happened. It's fairly sad tbh.

We all know racism happens everywhere. You act like people thinks it's only towards black people for some reason to try and justify it happening. “It happens to all races not just blacks” isn't a valid reason to excuse a racist incident ffs

No, i am saying its a fact.

What are you going to do, change all skin colours and declare one, then ban country names and call everywhere "the world"

There are MASSIVE barriers to breakdown here and in this country i do believe we have come a very long way. But while ever there are people like you that cannot see beyond their toes, continually looking for blame, it will be a long slow process.

The problem is, where did that young person get the money to buy that nice car? Round my way there are a few young undesirables rolling round it shiny new mercs and audis, did they buy them with their dole money? Nope. How about a gift from parents etc? Nope. How about selling crack and smack to all the other little scumbags about.... Yep that's it.
And racism is everywhere, has been and always will be unfortunately. Back in my school days my upper school had a high % of Muslim students and in all honesty most were OK, but the most blatant racists were Muslim kids, and they used to play the racism card because they knew that they'd get away with it.
There will always be racism as long as there are people on this planet

Yeah, you're right it happens to everyone. But that doesn't justify it as being acceptable.

No one is looking for blame, just the reasons why people are racist and why others find it acceptable to allow it to happen. Sort one or both out and all will be hunky dory. If people dont find it acceptable to be racist anymore then it alienates the racists at any level and society starts to change. But like you, there are those that won't change their opinion that it's fine to be racist because racism exists everywhere. Instead of being part of societal change to call out racism and create change.

In terms of Danny rose, the police are to blame as they are the one pulling him over for no reason repeatedly. And the train conductor.

Some of this is just laughable- or at least it would be if it wasn't so bloody pathetic.

Racism happens everywhere and always will because it's people. .....

Yes. That's the problem that needs to be addressed.

Slavery used to happen everywhere because it was done by people.

Child trafficking happens everywhere because it's done by people.

The abuse of women happens everywhere because it's done by people.

There are people on here who get more wound up about a bloke 'cheating' to catch a fish than they do about the systematic racism in this country. Like I said. It's pathetic.

It's not acceptable for black men to be pulled over because they are black. End of. If he's in a big car it's still not acceptable because he's being pulled over because of his skin colour, not because of the car - otherwise all drivers of big cars would be pulled over wouldn't they? Saying that they are 'involved in crime' is simply part of the systematic race issue. White men are involved in crime too or didn't you notice that? The stop and search / arrests / convictions are DIsproportionally high amongst black men. It's systematic racism within the police and it has been and is being investigated.

Do you think the police don't know who your local dealers are? If you can work it out, then do you really think they are so inept not to have ffs?

Greekskii calls it right. If your attitude to it is that it happens all the time so just get on with it, then you're accepting it. If you don't challenge it, then you're accepting it.

I knew someone would bring up the Wiley thing. He's an idiot and was rightly banned from twitter or whatever. It doesn't make all black men racist because he said what he did - but we all know that. Would you like to be prejudged because of the actions of an idiot white bloke? Of course you wouldn't.

And don't give it the 'it doesn't happen around me' either. Just look at the thread that goose started yesterday that had about 30 views before I challenged it. That's 30 people who thought it was fine to let it go unchallenged.

Like I posted to greekskii- I could put an example of systematic racism on this thread every day. And then someone would add a 'ah but....' response. Not acceptable.

Are you sure?
