it's just the way of getting there
Was trying to say this all along, I started at what I see is the biggest challenge
School should run until 18 standard. Ideally progress to mandatory 3 years higher education or skills standard. At this point I'm sure kids know what they will want, sorry, young adults

It also brings job happiness. I know plenty that just work for the money and don't really enjoy it or never envisaged themselves in that line of work and still have different aspirations.

Talk about giving jobs to people without the required skills, can anyone defend this?

It seems there are a few unqualified advisers around lately.
I doubt she's an adviser on British history....
The guy starts his video by saying he'd do the same for any person of any colour, gender etc. who was saying something similarly stupid. I wonder if he has, or if he's just done it with this woman...
Edit... just looked at his other content. No examples of the many others he could have called out.... there is one of him moaning that hes racist cause he has a master bedroom or something. Not hard to see some people's agendas. He can go in the bin with the other attention seekers (like the breakfast cereal woman).

Mal stop throwing stuff in the bin that doesn't meet your agenda.
If it's a one off like you say it is maybe, just maybe he feels strongly about it?
If he's done this many times then you would say he's biased.
Either way you'd bin it
The worrying thing is this woman, the job she's doing and the way the TV interviewer let her off the hook.

I'm not excusing her lack of knowledge tinhead. Like I said I doubt that lambeth council seek her advice on matters of British history. More likely on matters of local community.
And I did also put the loony coco pops woman in the bin with no objection then.
At least this lady isn't in a position to make decisions that affect the country like .... well, take your pick really
And if he feels strongly about this one woman saying something dumb on tv then that's ok for him. He can put that news item in the bin.
Peace and love man. Have a good day.

What skills and qualifications should you have to get a job as a Pastor?

Shameless popcorn-grabbing job on my part, posting that vid within a vid.
There's a little something for everyone isn't there?

She's Chair of Lambeth independent police advisory group so she may be asked about statues and street names.
I can see this going into yet another tit for tat in this thread, so I'm done and will allow others to have the last word
Thanks Keebs

She could be asked about those things but I doubt statue and street names were mentioned on the job spec.
