Hi Scozza,
The point I'm trying to make is that inner city blacks in the US face a lot of issues, but racism is the least of their problems.
Absent fathers, welfare dependant poverty, bad schooling, lack of opportunity are some of the real issues they face. Young, disaffected black men often turn to crime to raise their status, which, in part, explains why there are a disproportionate number of blacks in prison, and in confrontations with police.
Re available jobs, there is another issue they face and that is competition from illegal immigration.
There are over 10 million illegal immigrants in the US and most of them live under the protection of Democrat politicians in sanctuary cities. They compete with blacks for unskilled work, which has had the effect of a suppression of wages.
Obama was complicit in this with his " catch and release " policy on immigration. It worked like this.
Border force would catch immigrants, illegally crossing the border. They would then go before court and be told to attend court at a future date to hear their asylum application. They were then released into the community and probably made for the sanctuary city of their choice and disappeared. The system was akin to having open borders.
Unfortunately, these riots based on racism and victimhood will be a big setback to the policies being implemented to address the real issues that inner city blacks face.

The question for me is how do we know it was a racial attack. We are assuming it was. He could have don't that to anybody. If it were a white man I guess it would not have had the same coverage

Hi Ocelot,
Watch the vids I suggested and review the data and evidence for yourself.
Google the FBI website for the data on homicides and crimes.
The vids are all by intelligent black politicians and commentators, who, I suggest, know their communities and their problems far better than you.
Most inner city blacks live in sanctuary cities that have been totally controlled by Democrat politicians for decades.
So who exactly is promoting this racism in their daily lives?
BB.

Hi Sir B,
As you can see, this is the ridicule and abusive reaction you get from the radical left when their ideological narrative is questioned with credible evidence.
They cannot accept that opposing opinion can have any credibility, and when challenged, they have to try and discredit it with insults.

I wouldn't dream of insulting Sir B.
so
BB can spout his bull**** and pretend racism isn't a problem - and then moan because he's 'insulted' if someone disagrees
Various others can jump on the 'facebook told me so it must be true' bandwagon - changing their view depending on what sh** they've seen in the last ten minutes
Others can say 'well what if he was white - then it wouldn't be a problem would it?' (It would by the way)
Or - 'well it's not a problem where I live' (it is - you just choose not to notice because you have that luxury)
And worst of all - the word n****r (my edit because I refuse to use the word) can be used without being challenged or automatically edited (try writing bolloc*s in a post and see what happens). that is not ok. IT IS NOT OK
and there isn't a race problem in this country?
a man was killed. he was black. his killer was white. and luckily there are people across the world who recognise that black lives matter
if there's a march in my town I will gladly - proudly - walk in it. because black lives matter to me
edit - the site automatically edited bull**** too - but not post 119... That's where we live. That's the ****ing problem
