I'm still wondering if misspelling my username everytime you type it is intentional or not. Can't quite figure it out.
Scozza said he ‘knows who are they are' when referring to stupidity:race data and they get it from their parents. Implies it is genetics which define your intelligence and a certain race is genetically inferior. I'm only asking to clarify what he means. Why is that such a bad thing?

As in their parents have not brought them up correctly, no ambition, no schooling etc. etc. so you could.class them as idiots?

Because you are implying that the most stupid race is down to a majority bad parenting, so that race has inferior parenting as a result of race?
I know exactly what you mean but you're ignoring the fact there are external factors to all of it and solely saying it's race related that there is bad parenting, lack of ambition, etc. On the majority of course not everyone.

In scozza's defence I have witnessed people of varying races, religions and social groups be promoted to management without the ‘relevant' skills; myself included.
It can however be considered good business because managing is just the management of those who are actually doing the work. If, for instance, it's an area with a high BAME population then a big proportion of the workforce would potentially better relate to a manger with similar social, religious, financial and linguistic differences and work more efficiently; or at least with less division.
Sadly that in itself feeds casual racism across the board but business is business and success almost always comes at a cost
